In her role as senior consultant and expert on change management at doubleYUU, Cornelia Wanke benefits from her many years of professional experience in the mandated health insurance and public health policy sectors. Following her studies in economics and a journalistic training program, she entered the realm of public health journalism and subsequently public health itself. As member of the national AOK association she not only took part in their political communications, but also of the transformation process of all AOKs, taking “the agency to become a service company” and the national AOK association to become an internal service provider to all AOKs. Thereafter, she played a key role in the creation of the political association of guild health insurances IKK e.V..
Cornelia Wanke completed her professional knowledge while working as an associate at the business consulting agency booz & company. It was during this time that she participated in many different change projects such as the feasibility study of the Berlin Senate regarding Berlin as a service provider and projects pertaining to the subject of mandated health insurance. Drawing on her vast expertise, Cornelia Wanke started her own business. Today, she advises health care companies, associations and institutions in strategic, organizational, change management and communication matters. In addition to mandated health insurances, her client base includes start-up companies in the digital health sector, global and local pharmaceutical manufacturers, the Federal Association of the Pharmaceutical Industry and the mandated health insurance service provider spectrumK. Furthermore, Cornelia Wanke has been teaching presentation and facilitation techniques as well as self-management at a university in Berlin since 2010.
